After a 2,000-kilometer drive, we arrived in Guangzhou and met many customers who had been cooperating but had never met before. We brought our laser welding machines and laser cleaning machines to this exhibition, which received wide acclaim from domestic and foreign customers.
Our Brazilian customer came to Guangzhou to meet us from afar. The customer needed to clean the plastic headlights. Due to the light transmittance of plastics, we soon found that the machine we brought was not suitable for him. So after communicating with the customer, we took him to the JPT laser headquarters in Shenzhen. At first, we chose a multi-mode pulse laser, and found that as long as the fiber laser encountered plastic, it would easily burn the plastic. Just when we felt lost, JPT technicians proposed UV laser. UV is cold light and can act on the surface of plastics, and will not damage the inside of the headlights due to the light transmittance of plastics. The customer was very happy and cut a part of the samples to take back to Brazil. During the meal, the customer told us: Many people say that China is dangerous, but after he came, he found that it was not the case. The Chinese are very enthusiastic and friendly.
Finally, in the second month after he returned to China, the customer told us that the test was successful and he would purchase a large batch of goods.
During the Canton Fair, Yihai Laser have been actively receiving customers and conducting friendly negotiations with them, attracting many customers to visit our factory after the exhibition. We are grateful to the Chinese platform for providing foreign trade companies and foreign customers and friends with this good opportunity for communication.
