1. Check the hardware first
1) Check if the cutting copper nozzle is deformed or has slag, if so, replace it with a new nozzle
2) Check if the protective lens or optical path is contaminated, and replace the lens in time
3) Use coaxial to see if the laser center point is offset (lightly stick the copper nozzle with tape, press the point shooting function, check the center point offset direction, and adjust according to the offset direction)
2. Check the parameters
1) Check if the speed is too fast. Judging from the direction of the spark splash, too fast will cause melting or oxidation to not keep up with the speed
2) Check the focus problem. If the positive focus is too high and the energy is not enough, and the negative focus is too low and the cutting gap is small, resulting in uneven slag discharge, it will also cause an impact
