1. Possible light path pollution
The unpolluted photo paper is as shown in the figure below. The energy distribution of the photo paper is uniform, and there are no dark spots or black spots
The polluted photo paper is as shown in the figure below. Regular circular dark spots or obvious black spots will appear on the photo paper
2. Blow with air or gas that triggers the alarm. Blow for 3-5 minutes before shooting. If the temperature of the protective mirror becomes high, it proves that the pipeline is polluted and the gas pipeline needs to be cleaned or the air compressor filter element needs to be replaced.
3. Caused by the perforation process
The adjustment method is:
1: Reduce the frequency by 10% in turn
2: Reduce the duty cycle by 5%
3: Reduce the air pressure by 0.05ba
It may also be that the quality of the protective lens is not good. Try to replace another lens
